8 week nutrition & fitness challenge

We don’t just want to change your life for eight weeks, we want to change your life forever. We want to EDUCATE and IMPOWER you to be able to make your own fitness and nutrition choices, and GET RESULTS.

We now have a state of the art body scanning machine called The Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer. Introducing Intelligent Body Scanning that is simple-to-use (60-second scan) that provides detailed data about your body through more than 40 different measurements. 

It determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI.

What you will receive in the challenge:

  • Unlimited training
  • Pre and post fitness testing (at week 1; week 4; and week 8)
  • 2 x Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer scans with report (which will be used to measure and determine body composition results) 
  • Before and after pictures (optional)
  • 8 Week Nutrition Program including food planning tips, meal suggestions and recipes, and shopping lists 
  • A great support network with each other on your journey
  • Ongoing trainer support and accountability


  • Members: Simply pay the registration fee of $120 (plus your usual weekly membership; if you’re on a 2 class membership, you’ll need to upgrade your membership to get unlimited classes if you want more than 2 classes p/w) 
  • Non-members: $120 registration plus eight weekly payments of $50 per week

The results will be determined using the Evolt 360 scan report, using the following metrics:

  • TOTAL FAT MASS (reduction)
  • VISCERAL FAT MASS (reduction)
  • SKELETAL MUSCLE MASS (you must maintain or increase muscle mass)


These are our class times (the program changes weekly updated every Sunday). Class times may change seasonally.

  • Thursday 5.10am; 6am; 9.10am
  • Friday 5.10am; 6am; 9.10am
  • Saturday 5.45am; 7.15am
