MetaPWR is from the creators of MetaFIT! It is a circuit style class that combines kettlebells, power bags, slam balls, ropes, and bodyweight exercises to work those big muscle groups and boost your metabolism (say helloooo after-burn)! This class will turn you into a fat burning machine and is suitable for ALL levels of fitness.


The High Intensity Interval Training is designed to sculpt every part of your body, as well as increase stamina and improve strength. with some Kickboxing moves s an ENTIRE body workout that will reshape your body faster than any other form of exercise.


Kettlebell is a 45-minute class combining your favourite kettlebell moves with some banging beats, giving you a whole body workout! It’s this class is suitable for all fitness levels, and is a great entry level class for those returning to or just starting exercise! Kettlebells are provided.


Our High Intensity Interval Training will have you switching between pure cardio stations and working with resistance within a HIIT timed format. You’ll be working different interval timings. The HIIT Gym features a range of delightful equipment (look it’s a love/hate relationship for us all) including assault bikes, sleds, chin up bars and kettlebells. Under the watchful eyes of our trainers, your form on all stations will be perfected and performed at 100% effort so you’ll leave with an extreme endorphin rush and well on your way to a lean, toned physique. It’s a little addictive, be warned.


In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers this class complements are training so well you feel amazing after this class guaranteed.


Metafit is a 30-minute HIIT workout (high intensity interval training) which will set your metabolism on FIRE! Work hard for just 30 minutes and reap the benefits for up to 24 hours! #Winning! Perfect for the time-poor (let’s face it, that’s ALL of us these days right?!) It’s body-weight only and it’s suitable for ALL levels of fitness.


The programs feature varied equipment with exercises to aid strength building. You’ll find longer transitions and rest between stations here to encourage you to increase your weights once your form is 100% on point. We will always guide you to reach your own limits, so there’s no comparison to the member next to you or the trainer but relative to your own progression.

Training Times during school holidays 9.15am classes will start @ 8.15am ONLY through the school holiday period then will go back to normal time 9.15am when kids go back to school please allow 45min for each class except Saturday these run for 1 hour
